Fuel Hose/Turbo/Hydraulic Clutch

R135-Series hose of PTFE

These hoses have been developed specifically to suit the needs of the Automotive industry. Applications include Fuel Feed/Return Lines and Vapor Recovery.

The combination of thinwall PTFE innercore and reduced braid coverage (compared to R122 hose) makes these hoses very flexible and well suited to applications requiring a tight bend radius.

INNERCORE PTFE is inert to automotive fluids and has been proven to be a most effective barrier to the effusion of hydrocarbons.  The innercore also has a precisely controlled amount of carbon black added to the PTFE.  This provides a continuous conductive path when assembled with metal end fittings, allowing the bleed off of static electricity.

REINFORCEMENT The braid material is type 304 Stainless Steel for strength and corrosion resistance.

SLEEVING Various types of sleeving materials are offered.

TEMPERATURE RANGE -40o C to +177o C (-40o F to +350o F) for continuous service. -54o C to +230o C (-65o F to +445o F) for intermittent service.
